Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ecommeefy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and there may be a need for refunds or cancellations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued and how cancellations are handled.

1. Subscription Plans

  • Ecommeefy offers a variety of subscription plans for our services. These plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the option you choose at the time of purchase.
  • Once a subscription plan is purchased, it is active until the end of the billing period. No automatic refunds will be issued for unused time during a billing period.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your ecommeefy account dashboard. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not be renewed. No refund will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current year, and no refund will be provided for the unused period.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Paid Subscription Plans: All payments for subscription plans are final, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service after the billing period begins. We recommend using the free trial period (if available) to evaluate the service before committing to a subscription.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in special circumstances, such as a service failure directly attributable to ecommeefy or billing errors. In such cases, please contact us at [email protected], and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund Request Process: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, submit a refund request via email at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Please provide details about the issue and any relevant account information for faster processing.

4. Trial Period

  • Ecommeefy may offer a free trial for new users to test the service. If you do not cancel your trial before the end of the trial period, your account will automatically be upgraded to a paid subscription, and your chosen payment method will be charged.
  • No refunds will be issued if you forget to cancel before the end of the trial period. Please make sure to monitor your trial end date to avoid any unintended charges.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans

Ecommeefy reserves the right to modify or change the features of subscription plans at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any significant changes and how they may affect current subscriptions. If the plan features no longer meet your needs, you may choose to cancel as per our cancellation policy.

6. Service Downtime and Compensation

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, occasional downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occur. In the event of significant downtime, we will review the situation and may provide compensation or account credits at our discretion. However, no refunds will be issued for temporary service interruptions.
